Bespoke Architects

We felt quite overwhelmed having never embarked on a home extension/renovation project before and when we first met Tracey she put us at ease by smoothly guiding us through the process, taking into account our initial thoughts and ideas. She was very flexible and open to our further suggestions and plans, as well as giving advice and helpful recommendations throughout the project. We are very pleased with our new home, it feels spacious, open and welcoming and we would definitely recommend Tracey for any others considering a similar project.

Tracey has been with us on our journey to finding and building our new home. She has been absolutely brilliant and has made it a pleasure rather than a stress. From the beginning she understood what we wanted from our new home and was able to deliver this in a friendly, approachable and timely manner. We have recommended her to several friends and shall continue to do so.

With her total commitment and complete professionalism, Tracey has seen us through the conversion and build of five properties. She is very flexible which is just what we need because, as projects get underway, we constantly make changes.

Tracey is very easy and approachable and has always been quick to respond to our queries and answer any questions we have had.

We did not know where to start with our project, so was very pleased that Tracey was there for us to navigate the council’s process and secure planning permission for us.
