Is 2016 the year for that big project??

With the festive season now over, the New Year here and spring around the corner many households have collected their thoughts during their time off from work and recharged those mental batteries. January it is often the catalyst for those who are starting to think about their lives, their plans for their home for the year ahead and whether to move or improve?

The first of these thoughts invariably occurs after the festive period, if the house has been cramped accommodating visiting family. With the festivities over and the decorations packed away, the spring is often a time when clients come to me with a wish list for more space at home, a different layout of rooms, a basement wine cellar, ‘den’ or retreat at the end of the garden!

I’m lucky to be able to help you turn those dreams of extra space into a reality by providing an initial consultation at your property to discuss your hopes and development thoughts.

Appreciating that my potential clients lead busy and time precious lives, I can also offer flexibility by visiting in an evening or over the weekend.

In discussing your project, I will be pleased to offer planning advice and architectural expertise with a view to moving your thoughts from the ideas stage to the building site.

deckingMy website has a couple of useful documents which you can sign up for:

1) Start to Finish – What to expect if you’ve never used an architect
2) 10 steps closer to your dream – A guide to starting your architectural journey

If you would like to drop me an email or complete the enquiry form, I will get back to you to organise a mutually convenient date to meet and together we can make 2016 the year your plans become a reality.
