We understand the importance of meeting a company representative before making the decision to engage their services as the building process can be a long one and it is very important that you feel you have a good rapport with your architect.

As architects it is important to get a feel for the property in question and note down your thoughts for the development prior to quoting for our services.

Typically we would spend an hour with you discussing your thoughts for the project, find out about how you currently use the spaces, your immediate needs and future requirements and your anticipated budget. From this meeting a brief or ‘wish list’ is prepared for me to use to aid the fee proposal, outlining the work required and setting out the costs for each element in a clear and concise manner.

You will be asked to sign a second copy of the fee proposal letter as a formal instruction to proceed and we would then look to start with the first service within a week or two of being engaged.

We charge a fee for this initial consultation depending upon project locality and as such the time needed out of the office.
